What is checked during a Pre-Shipment Inspection?

Sie findet statt, wenn mindestens 80 % der Ware in China oder in anderen Regionen Asiens fertig produziert ist. Unsere Inspektoren vor Ort prüfen anhand internationaler Qualitätsstandards und AQL-Kriterien, ob die hergestellten Produkte und die gesamte Produktion in China den vereinbarten Anforderungen entsprechen.
Dabei werden Qualitätskontrollen vor Ort durchgeführt, Lieferantenaudits sowie Inspektionen in China und Südostasien umgesetzt und – wenn nötig – Labortests oder eine Qualitätsprüfung ergänzt. Our inspectors check, among other things: quantity, dimensions and weight, workmanship, function, safety, labeling, packaging, and shipping marks – always in comparison with your specifications or a reference sample.
AQL stands for "Acceptable Quality Limit" – an internationally recognized standard for sample inspection. Depending on the desired quality level, a specific number of units is checked and the results are evaluated based on defined limits.
Billing is based on service days. The standard rate is €249. One day is usually sufficient for AQL Level 2. We confirm the final effort in advance based on total quantity, number of SKUs and inspection level.
Payment is made after the inspection has been carried out and the report has been sent. You receive a transparent invoice with no hidden costs.
