AQL stands for "Acceptable Quality Limit" and is an internationally recognized standard for sampling inspection. It defines how many defective units are allowed in a sample before the entire batch is considered unacceptable.
Before production starts, we check materials, components and work preparation. The aim is to avoid problems before they arise.
We randomly check product quality at around 30-50 per cent production progress and document any deviations at an early stage.
Shortly before dispatch, we check the finished goods for quantity, processing, function, packaging and labelling - directly on site.
Our inspectors monitor the loading of your goods. We check packaging, labelling, quantities and documentation - to ensure that nothing is lost en route.
We check the supplier before the start of production. We assess the supplier's reliability, production capacity, quality assurance and legal framework conditions.
Payment will only be made after the inspection has been carried out and the full report has been sent. You will receive an invoice with a payment term.
