Die Pre-Shipment-Inspection ist eine finale Qualitätskontrolle vor dem Versand. Sie findet statt, wenn mindestens 80 % der Ware fertig produziert ist. Dabei prüfen unsere Inspektoren vor Ort, ob Ihre Bestellung den vereinbarten Anforderungen entspricht.
Our inspectors check, among other things: quantity, dimensions and weight, workmanship, function, safety, labeling, packaging, and shipping marks – always in comparison with your specifications or a reference sample.
AQL stands for "Acceptable Quality Limit" – an internationally recognized standard for sample inspection. Depending on the desired quality level, a specific number of units is checked and the results are evaluated based on defined limits.
Billing is based on service days. The standard rate is €249. One day is usually sufficient for AQL Level 2. We confirm the final effort in advance based on total quantity, number of SKUs and inspection level.
Payment is made after the inspection has been carried out and the report has been sent. You receive a transparent invoice with no hidden costs.
